B1008-500: Hangar Type 2 (1:500 Scale)

This model is inspired by the old BOAC hangar at Heathrow Airport which was built in the 1950s. It is designed to hold a pair of Boeing 757s, Airbus A320s, or similar types. The cantilever structure of the building is balanced by large concrete blocks on either side. These can be omitted if desired. Offices or workshops can be added at the sides as well, and two or more of the hangars can be joined to form a larger block. The inside is fully detailed.

Use Workshop Type 1 (model B1010), Office Blocks Type 1 (B1013) or Office Block Type 2 (B1016) in conjunction with this model.
